To Schedule your Medical Assessment and Consultation

·  You will have taken the first step in making sure you are receiving all the VA disability benefits you medically ethically deserve.

·  After all, you are the only person who can truly take responsibility for yourself!

·  The Medical Assessment (based on C&P examination guidelines) will assist your situation and potentially uncover missing additional disability benefits you may not know about.

·  After you complete the Medical Assessment, a Veteran Service Coach will verify the information before scheduling your Disability claim development session.

Some key tips before you first appointment...

·  It will take 45-60 minutes to complete the assessment, so please make sure you schedule promptly.

·  Depending on your information, we may need additional information to complete your initial assessment session prior to our next appointment.
